SCS SB 513 -- ST. LOUIS POLICE

Under current law, vacation leave based on years of service and
paid holidays are given to members of the St. Louis Police
Department at the discretion of the St. Louis Board of Police
Commissioners.  This bill removes the discretion of the board,
making vacation leave mandatory as set forth in the statute.
